- PDF files you upload (temporarily stored for processing, deleted after download)
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used for:
- User authentication and account management
- Processing PDF to QBO conversions
- Enforcing usage quotas and preventing abuse
- Sending important account notifications
3. Data Retention
Uploaded PDF files and generated QBO files are automatically deleted within 1 hour after processing. Account information is retained until you delete your account.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Google OAuth for authentication
- Resend for email delivery
- PayPal for payment processing
