By using PDF2QBO, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
PDF2QBO provides PDF invoice to QuickBooks Online (QBO) file conversion services. We use AI technology to extract invoice data from PDF files.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts for abuse or violation of terms
4. Usage Quotas
Our service has usage limits:
- Registered users: 20 free conversions
- Verified users: 40 free conversions total (20 registration + 20 verification bonus)
- Additional conversions require purchasing points
5. Payment Terms
- Points purchases are processed through PayPal
- All sales are final — no refunds unless required by law
- Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred
6. Limitations
We do not guarantee:
- 100% accuracy of PDF data extraction
- Compatibility with all PDF formats
- Continuous availability of the service
